1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of agnt.pro, the AGNT AI iPhone app, and AGNT Portal, operated by AGNT AI, Inc. (the company that also owns and operates RealSavvy). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Services
AGNT AI provides AI-assisted marketing, CRM, home-search, website, and back-office software for real estate professionals, including the Grant assistant, MLS-powered search and alerts, and transaction tooling. Features may change as the products evolve.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting to access other users' data, sending unlawful communications (including texts without proper consent), scraping MLS data outside permitted use, or interfering with the operation of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
The services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by AGNT AI, Inc. and protected by law. Content you create with the tools — your listings, drafts, and marketing — is yours.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and are month to month unless otherwise stated. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future billing.
7. IDX and MLS Data
MLS and IDX data is provided under license from the relevant MLSs and is subject to their rules, including display and use restrictions. You may only use MLS data within the services and in compliance with your MLS's requirements.
8. AI-Generated Content
Grant drafts and suggests work product for your review. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — including messages, marketing, valuations, and documents — before sending or relying on it. AI output can contain errors and is not legal, financial, or brokerage advice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGNT AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the services and cancel at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
