These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AGNT AI mobile app and the AGNT Portal web application (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and their authorized team members. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access data without authorization, violate applicable law (including real estate, advertising, and anti-spam laws), or send communications to contacts without a lawful basis.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services use AI to draft messages, marketing, documents, and other work product. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent, published, or relied upon. AGNT AI does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
The Services integrate with third parties (such as MLS data providers, CRMs, and DocuSign). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight or output will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGNT AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. You can request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
