This Privacy Policy explains how AGNT AI ("AGNT AI," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AGNT AI mobile app, the AGNT Portal web application, and the RealtyBrain app, skill, and CRM (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name, email, phone number, and brokerage/team details you provide when you sign up.
Contacts and CRM data — when you choose to connect your phone contacts or a CRM (such as Follow Up Boss), we access contact and lead information so Grant can do your follow-up and nurture work. This data is used only to provide the Services to you.
Real estate and transaction data — listings, MLS data, contracts, and documents you create or upload to run your business inside the Services.
API keys you provide — if you connect your own third-party AI provider key (for example, an Anthropic or OpenAI key) to run AI generation in a bring-your-own-key product such as RealtyBrain, we store it encrypted and use it only on your behalf. See API keys below.
Usage information — device type, app interactions, and diagnostic data used to operate and improve the Services.

2. How we use information

To provide the core product — drafting newsletters, re-engagement messages, market content, listing sites, contracts, and other work product on your behalf.
To surface market insights and notifications relevant to you and your clients.
To authenticate you, provide support, and communicate about the Services.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that power the product (for example, MLS data via the RealSavvy platform, e-signature via DocuSign, hosting, and AI processing) — strictly to deliver the Services to you.
Your direction — for example, when you send a document for signature or publish a listing site.
Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Your contacts

Contact and CRM data you connect is used solely to perform work for you inside the Services. We do not use your contacts to market to them on our behalf, and we do not sell or rent contact data.

5. API keys (bring-your-own-key)

Some AGNT AI products — including the free RealtyBrain app and CRM — let you supply your own third-party AI provider API key (for example, an Anthropic or OpenAI key) so that AI generation runs on your own account. When you provide a key:

It is stored encrypted and scoped to your account, and is used only to make AI requests on your behalf to the provider you chose.
We never share your key with any other user, and we do not sell it.
Content you generate is sent to that third-party provider under their terms and privacy policy; we are not responsible for the provider's processing of that content.
You can remove your key at any time from your account settings, which stops all generation that uses it.

When you use AGNT AI inside Claude or ChatGPT (for example, as a marketplace skill or GPT), the host platform provides the AI model — no key is required or collected by us in that context.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email. We process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for real estate professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date.
